Question: Would this work? Is it possible to reach my goal weight?

Before I ask...i would really appreciate it if you all kept the "health risks and dangers" to a minium. I know all about them. Thank you.
So first thing first, I want to lose 25lbs. I weight 135, 5'3, 20 yrs old.
Here my plan
Breakfast:
- 2 cups hot green tea (no addings, just plain)
Lunch:
- 2 cups hot green tea (no addings. just plain)
Dinner:
- half baked chicken breast, fresh vegtables.
Run 1.5 miles a day
Drink only water
Chew gum to minimize eating/carvings

I am starting this diet on May 17th and hope to drop 25lbs by June 17th

Can i do it?? whats do you think??
Okay so if i eat a banana for breakfast, drink green tea between lunch and breakfast a small meal for lunch and the same as above for dinner, will that work better?

Answer: If you want to loose weight, the best thing to do is eat good, healthy, wholesome meals. For breakfast and lunch you can't just drink tea. You will get hungry eventually so when you eat dinner, the nutrients that your body didn't get from your breakfast or lunch will be stored away in your body causing more body fat. A good breakfast can be a bowl of cereal, preferably Special Kay, or Cheerios. Also fruit, yougurt, eggs, and oatmeal are good too.
You deffinately will loose 25 pounds, you will reach your goal and you have a good time frame. goodluck. you can do it.
