The December 1999 issue of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition and Urology published a study that revealed that green tea contained some chemical compounds that assisted the weight loss process. A research into green tea and weight loss was led by Dr. Abdul Dulloo at the University of Geneva on a group of 10 healthy young men with different weight problems, from too thin to too fat.
