Why Are Fat People Fat?

There are many reasons why fat people are fat. The question of 'Why am I fat?' has been asked by people of all ages, throughout history and all over the world. What can we do to lose weight?

Most fat people don't want to remain fat. It is unhealthy. However, there are so many reasons why most fat people cannot lose weight.
