Question: Does green tea help you lose weight?

Okay so Im reading this herbal guide thingy about natural weight loss, I come across green tea and it said it has antioxidant benefits and if drunk consistently you can lose weight.
Ex. If you were to drink green tea, no sugar added or artificial flavoring (artificial sug.) 3 times a day for about a month you could POSSIBLY lose up to 10 LBS.
Now my question is, if you drink it 3 times a day, how is it going to follow up to helping you lose the weight?
What type of diet would you follow to help?
Do you believe green tea if drunk 3 times a day, for a month, you could lose weight?
Do you have a better solution?

Answer: Green tea is a natural fat burner. It increases energy and speeds metabolism and as you know when your metabolism levels decrease you burn more calories. You should drink 3-4 cups of green tea in a day. I do that and very happy with this. Of course it is not a weight loss solution alone but it is a perfect supporter.
